NEWS ALERT SNEAK ATTACK!!! Wednesday Aug 12, 2009
It has just been discovered that the SC State House has a bill pending and in the works to remove the Confederate flag from the Confederate Soldiers Monument on the State House grounds.
The bill was recently updated Monday June 22, 2009 as indicated at the bottom of the Bill.
The S.C. Legislature convenes in January 2010. We will be waiting for the legislators at the S.C. State House first day they return. Plan now to be there with us.
Note the names in the Bill that sponsored this document.
It is time to engage the enemy and do battle at the State House. It is totally unbelievable that this has been kept secret from the general public, and that legislators such as SCV member Senator Glen McConnel (staunch flag supporter???) has not brought this to public attention, or any other legislators.
Be advised that Governor Sandford may be removed from office due to an affair, and in that even Andrew Bower will take his place, and it is our understanding he would sign the Bill, which would then take effect as it states in the Bill within 60 days !!!
